Brenda Christensen
Brenda Christensen is CEO of Stellar Public Relations, a world leader in public relations, investor relations, branding, funding and corporate guidance for startups, Inc. 500 and Fortune 500 companies, with direct attributable growth worth over millions of dollars. Ms. Christensen currently serves as an adviser on private boards in North America, and previously served as a corporate officer for a leading publicly held technology company, across multiple continents.
Before launching Stellar Public Relations, Ms. Christensen was a corporate officer and VP, Corporate Communications & Marketing of Maximizer CRM. She built the company into a customer service and e-commerce software world leader and increased shareholder value over a hundredfold, culminating in two financing rounds of $10 and 15 million respectively. She also oversaw an RTO on a major stock exchange, ultimately leading to growth more than 10 times revenue.
Prior, Ms. Christensen was Board Director and head of global PR at GoldMine Software. She grew the business over hundredfold from $500K to $100 million in 7 short years, more than quadrupling its market share. As a result, GoldMine attained the number one position in the US distribution channel and, for the first time in its history, the number one CRM position in the world.
Before GoldMine, Ms. Christensen was head of worldwide PR for top 3 PC manufacturer, DTK Computer. While there, she accelerated growth and transformed DTK’s distribution by launching its portable computing division to the press worldwide.
Additional achievements include launching the world’s first cellular/PC notebook workstation for NEC, and a Silver Anvil nomination – the “Oscars of PR.” Ms. Christensen has also implemented PR strategies for Fortune 500 companies, including Domino’s, Kmart, Uniroyal, Stroh’s, Owens Illinois, TRW and United Technologies. Her efforts have resulted in hundreds of product and corporate awards and thousands of placements throughout her career.

Denise Howell is an appellate, intellectual property, and technology lawyer, as well as a blogger and columnist. Since 2006, she has hosted This WEEK in LAW, a weekly panel discussion about technology law on Leo Laporte’s TWiT network (twit.tv). A technology enthusiast and hobbyist since she first laid eyes on a mainframe and ham radio as a kid, Denise represents and consults with corporate and individual clients on issues at the intersection of emerging technologies and the law, including online communications and publishing, copyright, and social media.
